How much does it cost?
We charge $20.50 per person plus sales tax and booking fees. It comes out to about $24 per person.
Are your rooms private?
Yes. When you book a room it’s all yours. We won’t book you with people you don’t know.
Can I bring additional people?
As long as your group doesn’t exceed the maximum room capacity, we don’t mind. Assuming you’ve already scheduled a room, you can pay for them over the phone or in-person when you come in for your appointment.
Do you seriously lock us inside a room?
Yep. With three deadbolts and two chains, to be exact.
Not really. Due to safety concerns and fire code regulations the door to the room is always unlocked.
Will you confiscate my phone and keys?
No. You are allowed to take your personal belongings into the room with you where we will provide a safe storage area.
Are your rooms suitable for children?
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. We advise against bringing children 4 and under. We do not offer discounts for children.

What if I have to cancel?
We understand that life happens. Therefore, we allow you cancel with a full refund up to 24 hours before your event. If you cancel within 24 hours of your event, we offer store credit less booking fees. If you make your reservations within 24 hours, only store credit is offered if you need to cancel or reschedule.
