We charge $20.50 per person plus sales tax and booking fees. It comes out to about $24 per person.

As long as your group doesn’t exceed the maximum room capacity, we don’t mind. Assuming you’ve already scheduled a room, you can pay for them over the phone or in-person when you come in for your appointment.

We understand that life happens. Therefore, we allow you cancel with a full refund up to 24 hours before your event. If you cancel within 24 hours of your event but before the day of your activity, we offer store credit less booking fees. If you make your reservations within 24 hours, only store credit is offered if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling on the same day as your activity will result in the loss of the fees for the minimum booking in your room which may be 2 or 3 people depending on the activity. Store credit may be given for any tickets beyond the minimum in the room.

No. You are allowed to take your personal belongings into the room with you where we will provide a safe storage area. We do ask that you step into the hallway for any phone use during the course of your game.

Yes. When you book a room it’s all yours. We won’t book you with people you don’t know.

Not really. Due to safety concerns and fire code regulations the door to the room is always unlocked.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. We advise against bringing children 4 and under. We do not offer discounts for children.
